Symptoms
On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Approvals and Notification
When user is registering external supplier,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

You must grant at least one role to contact Abc, Xyz. (POS-2040019)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. When user is registering external supplier from "Configure Procurement Business Function" getting error
