Is It Possible To Load Global Temporary Assignment With HDL? (Doc ID 2629182.1)

Goal

When doing a Global Temporary Assignment (GTA) or End Global Assignment (on an existing GTA) from the front end, the ACTION_OCCURRENCE_ID which gets populated on PER_ALL_ASSIGNMENTS_M is the same for both records, new and old.
 When trying to performing the same action via Worker.dat (HDL), the ACTION_OCCURRENCE_ID which gets populated on PER_ALL_ASSIGNMENTS_M is not the same.
