Symptoms
When taking csv export from the functional area ( asset categories , in this case) , it is throwing the following error:

The size of the XML file FA_ASSET_CATEGORY.xml in batch Category/1_BATCH.zip for business object Fixed Asset Category is beyond the limit of 10 MB.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configuration package with Manage Asset Categories
2. Export setup data
