On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, .Manage Compensation

Scheduled process for Grade Step Progression ladders not functioning

When  scheduling grade step progressions through the HCM Scheduling Manager process returns no employee progressions. However, for the same date and same ladder a manual run of the grade step progression will return several employees advancing on the ladder.
