Attempting to Run the User Login Report, the Date Range Specified is Less Than What is Expected (Doc ID 2629711.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
The User Login Report does not show the date range specified.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The customer would like the report to pull the date range requested (Example: More than 10 days).

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to https://<SERVICE_INSTANCE>-p6.oracleindustry.com
  2. Click Reports.
  3. On the Report page:
    1. Click the Reports tab.
    2. Expand the P6Reports folder.
    3. Expand the Administrative folder.
    4. Specify a date range that includes more than 10 days.
    5. Observe the results show only 10 days worth of data.


BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the user cannot see results of the requested timeframe for the specified report.
