Symptoms
'Execute Compliance Rules' with multiple Rules of 'Control Category = OTHER', leaves the Transaction in 'TS_OTHER_SCREENING_PASSED' while it should be 'TS_OTHER_SCREENING_ON HOLD' as not all holds been released.
EXAMPLE
----------
Compliance Rule Set Group ID: CRSG_01
Has two rules
CR_01
CR_02
Transaction ID:TS_01
01. Execute Compliance Rules
02. Check the Transaction status
TS_OTHER_SCREENING
TS_OTHER_SCREENING_ON HOLD
03. Edit the Transaction Line
You will see two entries under "Other Control Screening Results" section.
CR_02
CR_01
Edit the row for "CR_01" and put in the Authorization in order to release it.
Save and Finished.
04. Check the Transaction status now
TS_OTHER_SCREENING
TS_OTHER_SCREENING_PASSED
This is wrong, it should be (TS_OTHER_SCREENING_ON HOLD) as Rule (CR_02) still holding the Transaction Line.
