Comments cannot be added on workflow and comments tab on permit details is completely blank
Comments on workflow and permit will be available to authorized users.
Comments cannot be added on workflow and comment page on permit is blank (no add button or any empty grid).
1. Log in to PSCR as permit tech.
2. Find an open, submitted permit.
3. Go to the workflow and try to add a comment to a workflow task. There is no Add Comment button.
4. Go to the comments tab under permit details and try to add a comment. There is no Add Comment button.
