Purpose
Oracle Taleo Business Edition occasionally performs platform upgrades to improve scalability, performance, and security. Oracle will notify customers several times prior to any upgrade. Upon login, notifications related to the upgrade will be displayed on the customer's Taleo Business Edition Splash Screen. This information will also include Origin and Destination Server identification.
30 days after the 2020 platform upgrade, Taleo Business Edition features may stop operating correctly if customers do not complete mandatory configuration changes. Customers must complete all manual configuration changes within this 30-day window. Oracle is unable to accommodate extensions to this deadline.
