Symptoms

When using the API to UPDATE an item, the modification is not reflected in WMS Cloud.
There is an item record stuck in the stage table (with the following values):
Style = ABC123, Action Code = UPDATE, Status = Failed, Err Str = Item not found: A123, barcode = A123
