Need To Check If Can Split The Digits Of The Phone# Of A Pending Worker With Seeded Integration (Doc ID 2629985.1)

Last updated on SEPTEMBER 03, 2020

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Global Human Resources Cloud Service - Version 11.13.19.01.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

The pending workers are created in HCM Cloud through Seeded Integration of Taleo.
In Taleo, there is single field for each category (Work Phone number/Home Phone number and Cellular Number) and it is a delivered field.
Taleo does not have three separate fields like Country code/Area code and Phone Number as like in HCM.
As per seeded functionality, HCM accepts all 11 digits in phone number field, if we give 11 digit number with country code in Taleo Phone number field.

Due to this, error occurs while conversion of the pending worker in Oracle Cloud HCM as the phone number format is not correct since all the digits goes into Number field.

We need to check if we can split (country/area and phone number) the digits of the phone number field with seeded integration.
