Cannot Rollback a Specific Process (Doc ID 2630273.1)

Cannot find a process to be rolled back via Submit a process or report option>Roll back process

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Checked Roll back in checklist, Roll Back a process or Report
- No open process for W2 Register is displayed
2. Head to the Regulatory & Tax Reporting area and click search on homepage
- Process shows as still open
3. Open the process to confirm the process is open
4. Head to actions roll back
5. The process starts the roll back with a confirmation pop up
6. Monitor the process and an error is returned.
7. Checked log for errors
