Symptoms

When trying to reserve funds for a large journal (conversion), the application becomes unresponsive

ERROR

No Error is shown in the UI, but the reservation expected to fail simply does not happen.

The PL/SLQ logs shows:



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

need steps from the customer
1. Navigator
2. Manage Journals
3. Edit the Journal
4. Reserve Funds, this does not return any error or message, the application hangs
