Upon trying to set Manage Approval Limits for an user, when Adding a negative value within 'Minimal Approval Amount', an error is received.

The value must be a number.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login within Fusion > Setup and Maintenance > Tasks > Search
2. Manage Approval Limits > Create
3. Add User Name > Document Type > Currency > Minimum Approval Amount as -9,999,999.00- & Maximum Approval Amount as 9,999,999.00 > Save > Save and Close.
