PRC: PON 19D Contract Type LOV Is Null When Creating Contract From Negotiation (Doc ID 2630800.1)

Symptoms


When trying to create contract from negotiation award unable to select contract type. the LOV has no  values

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create Negotiation
2.Enter all details and follow train until  contract terms /click on create contract.
3.Dialog box will open and it will have contract type LOV. It is not fetching Contract types



Changes

 Upgrade to 19D
