After update to 19D Unable to get child items from REST API Call

In current environment we have the following configuration in LEAD Entity

1.-Created following custom fields
  1.- Country -- With Lov Associted (MklLeadVO_LOV_For_XXPSG_PAIS_c)
  2.- Type -- -- With Lov Associted (LOVVA_For_XXPSG_ACTIVIDAD_INMUEBLE_c)
  3.- SubType -- -- With Lov Associted (LOVVA_For_XXPSG_SUBTIPO_LOCAL_c)

2.- Following relationship created among custom fields

1.- Country - Type, type values are dependant on Country value
1.- Type - SubType, Subtype values are dependant on Type value

Using rest Webservice we were accessing subtype values given country and type values

Endpoint used is {{url}}/MklLeadVO_LOV_For_XXPSG_PAIS_c/{{portugal}}/child/LOVVA_For_XXPSG_ACTIVIDAD_INMUEBLE_c
where url is OSC endpoint: https://ccpm-test.crm.em3.oraclecloud.com:443/crmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/
portugal is id for "Portugal" value from country lov 00030000001258585053475F4143545F494E4D5545424C4500000003303032000000033E6466

In previous release every Type value returned child items (self, canonical, child), in this release child item is not returned, and is returning parent item not returned previously
