Symptoms

  1. The user is unable to login to Primavera Virtual Desktop (PVD). 
  2. P6 Secure Global Desktop (SGD) login hangs after accessing Primavera SGD from the Cloud portal page or by typing the SGD URL directly into a browser.
  3. PVD frequently drops.
