Unable to Save Webhook Changes on Admin UI or Webhook API (Doc ID 2631181.1)

Symptoms

The webhook configuration updates through Admin UI or Webhook API are not being saved.


Steps to Reproduce the issue:

  1. Login to Admin
  2. Click on "Settings" 
  3. Click on 'Web APIs'
  4. Update one of the webhooks and click 'Save'.

There is no indication that anything has been saved on the UI even if the corresponding API call responds with status 200 in the 'Network' tab of the browser developer tools.

Reload the page and  the old values e.g. for webhook URL remain. Try to use the API endpoints directly for the same update produces the same results.
