UNKNOWN_EXCEPTION Error In Salesforce Adapter (Doc ID 2631235.1)

Symptoms

On : NA version, Adapters RT/Agent

We have created an integration to connect to a Salesforce application and push data to an object in it.

When tested, the data is successfully pushed to Salesforce, however the integration is failing with the below error message:
