Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Global Human Resources

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When performing transfer for an employee, the manager is not able to enter or select few location

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to see access to all the available locations

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Team > Transfer
2. When and Why > Continue
3. When trying to enter location, the autocompletion failed

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, If the manager is unable to transfer the employee to the correct location, the costing at store level would be wrong and even employee taxes will be impacted.
