Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Manage Banking-Manage Bank Statements

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In the Manual Reconciliation page, when searching by date range the application doesn't find any bank statement line in that date range.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
In the Manual Reconciliation page, when searching by date range the application should reveal the lines belonging to that date range, and in the customer's case there are lines in that date range.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Bank Statement and Reconciliation
2. Choose Manual Reconciliation Task
3. Select Bank Account and choose date range and hit Search

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot reconcile manually the bank statement lines with the transactions if wants to filer bank statements lines by date.
