Symptoms
An error is thrown while importing an FCCS application snapshot:
"Source: FCCS(Application Snapshot) Destination: FCCS(Application)
EPMLCM-14000: Error reported from Hyperion Planning.
/Global Artifacts/Common Dimensions/Standard Dimensions/Account :- Load failed for the following reason - Of 1821 records, 105 failed: *Record 61* failed as Error because java.lang.RuntimeException: Attribute value: OS_IntercoDiffBS invalid for attribute dimension: Plug Account *Record 71* failed as Error because java.lang.RuntimeException: Attribute value: OS_IntercoDiffBS invalid for attribute dimension: Plug Account *Record 72* failed as Error because java.lang.RuntimeException: Attribute value: OS_IntercoDiffBS invalid for attribute dimension: Plug Account *Record 73* failed as Error because java.lang.RuntimeException: Attribute value: OS_IntercoDiffBS invalid for attribute dimension: Plug Account *Record 74* failed as Error because java.lang.RuntimeException: Attribute value: OS_IntercoDiffBS invalid for attribute dimension: Plug Account *Record 75* /Relational Data/Overrides/Translations :- An error occurred while importing translation application settings via LCM."

OS_IntercoDiffBS is a plug account (i.e., Plug_Acc_Yes value is set) and is set as a custom attribute on its parent (OS_XYZ) and grandparent (OS_ABC).
