ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User can see all the employees even though the security role created to restrict access based on Business Unit, Legal Employer, and Payroll.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Employees that do not meet the security criteria to not appear in the search.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Security Role to restrict access based on Business Unit, Legal Employer, and Payroll.
2. Assign Security Role to Payroll Administrator Custom Job Role.
3. Run Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes Process.
4. Run Regenerate Data Security Grants process.
5. Noted behavior displayed.
