Description:
- Using /documents/api/1.2/applinks/file/{fileId} Rest API to generate an applink for the GUID of an Asset fails with 403 response indicating, "User '{USER_NAME}' has insufficient privilege to access fFileGUID:{GUID} with service CREATE_APP_LINK."
