Symptoms

On : 19.3 version, Core Product Functionality

When Trying To Close one manifest having 40k+ serial numbers system is taking 2+ hours to get closed.
 
- It is taking more time to get closed because it is writing inventory history for every serial number.

- So 40k serial number means, 40k new inventory history records.
