On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Global Payroll

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Customer created salary adjustments as retroactive changes in HDL, when they run recalculate payroll for retro process, the salary changes are not being picked up

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The salary adjustments done via HDL should be picked up and calculate correctly.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are not seeing retroactive adjustments done correctly.
