Concurrent Modification of a Quote May Result in an Unknown Error (Doc ID 2631896.1)

In version 19B and later, if a user opens and makes changes to a quote that is already opened by another user, the original user will see a generic error message upon triggering a modify action rather than a detailed one. 

The generic error shown is:

An unknown error (class has occurred.
Please contact your system administrator.
To help us track this error, please note the date and time in your report.

In previous versions the error displayed was more descriptive of the actual issue:

Another user (USER) <email> has modified this quote. You are not able to
save the changes you made since the last time you saved. Please refresh the
quote to view the latest version and continue editing.

This more descriptive error can still be found in the bm.log when the issue occurs.



 The environment was upgraded to 19B Patch 1 or later
