On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Service Request

Is it possible to split out internal notes for an agent

Is it possible to split out the visibilty of internal notes on service requests so that if the HR agent is the assigned to or on the team of the SR, they are able to see the internal notes, however if they are the primary point of contact they are not.
