Symptoms

After upgrading from CPQ Cloud version 19B or older to CPQ Cloud version 19C or newer, the below error is encountered when attempting run import type integrations with SFDC:

During commerce integration Process ID: xxxxxxx, Name: (Import XSL Name):

Document does not exist on (Commerce Process) process.

 

 

 

Changes

 The environment was upgraded to 19C or later.
