Oracle Public Sector Permits Cloud :Terms Of Use Checkbox Does Not Retain Its Checked Status After The Permit Application Submission (Doc ID 2632000.1)

Goal

On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Permits
During the permit application process, the applicant uses the checkbox at Terms of Use to acknowledge and then the Applicant completes the application process and submits the application. After submittal, the application is accessed and the Terms of Use checkbox does not appear as "checked". 

Steps:
1. Apply for a permit 
2. Check the Terms of Use checkbox. Complete remaining steps for submittal.
3. Go to permit list and open the permit application.
3. Under Permit Information / Application Details, the Term of Use field appears unchecked.
