When attempting to make a user active or inactive, the following error occurs.
"Unable to save changes. An unknown error has occurred. PRM‑000000041" on Companies > General screen.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into OPC.
- Companies > General.
- Make inactive user active and save. Error.
