Symptoms

When attempting to make a user active or inactive, the following error occurs.

ERROR

 "Unable to save changes. An unknown error has occurred. PRM‑000000041" on Companies > General screen.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into OPC.
  2. Companies > General.
  3. Make inactive user active and save. Error.
