"Unknown CloudDataType" in Primavera.CacheService.log and Various Event Codes Show Exactly 1 Hour after Login To P6 ProCloudConnect With SSO (Doc ID 2632191.1)

Symptoms

When using P6 Professional with Cloud Connect driver type and SSO, various event codes appear after exactly 1 hour counting from login timestamp.  The event codes include but not limit to the following:

In the Primavera.CacheService.log, see the following error:

<$timestamp> Information Exception Error received from cloud server:
System.Exception: Unknown CloudDataType
   at Primavera.Venus.Infrastructure.Types.CloudSupport.StreamedBsonBufferReader.ReadValue()
   at Primavera.Venus.Infrastructure.Types.CloudSupport.StreamedBsonBufferReader.ReadInt()
   at Primavera.Venus.Infrastructure.Types.CloudSupport.CloudResponse.get_Count()
   at Primavera.Venus.Infrastructure.Types.CloudSupport.CloudResponse.SetupData(IStreamedBsonBufferReader buffer, Encoding encoding)
   at Primavera.Venus.Infrastructure.Types.CloudSupport.CloudResponse.CreateFromRawStream(Stream rawBuffer, Encoding anEncoding)
   at Primavera.Venus.Data.CloudStore.CloudHydrator.GetResponseFromBytes(Stream bytes)
