Question:

When a requisition or offer approval work flow includes a list of approvers where one approver is repeated, is it possible for the approver to only have to approve once and skip any subsequent approvals assigned to them in the same flow?

Example:

Job Requisition/Offer Approval Path:

1. Hiring Manager
   
2. Hiring Manager's Manager
3. HR Director

In the above flow, a single user carries the position of Hiring Manager's Manager and HR Director.  We would like this user to only have to approve the requisition or offer once.
