Symptoms

Not able to import csv using FSM upload on Manage Default Cost Profiles, but able to manually create the same through the UI, however user is able to create Cost Profile by loading CSV

While loading Default Cost Profiles through CSV , system is throwing below mentioned error

ERROR

Insufficient data received from the service. Verify that the service is working correctly. The service URL is http://fa-internal.oracleoutsourcing.com:10663/fscmService/DefaultLocatorForItemService. Contact your help desk.

 

User can load the  Default cost profile in the system by performing mentioned steps:-

1. Setup and Maintenance > Manufacturing and Supply Chain Materials Management > Cost Management > Manage Default Cost Profiles
2. Actions -> Export
3. Unzip the file to a directory, and insert data into CST_DEFAULT_COST_PROFILE.csv
4. Zip back the file
5. Actions -> Import
6. Provide the zip file and submit.
7. Program completes and the above error is shown
