Symptoms

An Order Management extension has been defined to copy EFF information from an order to a RMA order. This extension is raising an error when it is triggered:

An error occurred when running extension XXXXXX on Save, during event On Save: oracle.jbo.AttrNotSelectedException: JBO-29101: Attribute DOO_HEADERS_ADD_INFO_salesProfile_EffLineId is not selected in HeaderPVO_HeaderBIEffEFFBIFlattened_HeaderPVOToHeaderBIEffEFFBIFlattenedVO_HeaderBIEffEFFBIFlattenedVO, operation: get/setAttribute. (DOO-2685874)

NOTE: This extension was implemented in an earlier release and stopped working after upgrading to Release 19D.
