HDL Calculation Card Error Message java.lang.NumberFormatException at java.math.BigDecimal (Doc ID 2632489.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Data Load

When attempting to load CalculationCard.dat HDL file, the following error below occurs for roughly 15% of the object records. Unable to find what unique differences there are between this other object records which load successfully

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load initial CalculationCard.dat HDL file, and correct data-related errors
2. reload file to ensure that issue doesn't relate to Fusion itself, but found that errors nor numbers do not change
3. load individual CalculationCard.dat object records, still encounter same error message
