Symptoms

Users are unable load to SSP prices using Create SSP ADFDI spreadsheet.

Row changes could not be applied: resubmit the changes


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance -> 'Manage Standalone Selling Price Profiles' task
2. Click Create SSP.
3. Populate SSP import records.
4. Error is seen.
