Audit Report Not Showing Logs For Deleted Item Attachments (Doc ID 2632826.1)

Goal

The audit Report is not showing logs for deleted item attachments. It does capture the create log for item attachment,however when attachment is deleted it does not capture it and even create record in audit report goes away.
