Manage Portfolio Not Responding (Doc ID 2632898.1)

Symptoms

When logged into P6 web and choosing Manage Portfolio from the Portfolio down arrow, no pop-up page appears.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log into P6 web
  2. Click down arrow in Portfolio tab.
  3. Select Manage Portfolio


Expected Behavior
When Manage portfolio is expected, a pop-up box should appear. Portfolio's should appear on the left side.
