PBCS : In Web Form 'Allow multiple currencies per entity' is Not Working for Currencies (Doc ID 2632931.1)

Symptoms

On PBCS standard multi currency mode application, with the local member of the currency dimension selected, users can change the HSP_InputCurrency in Smart View but this cannot be performed in web form.

Cannot enter values in other than the entity base currency in browser interface, with option allow multiple currencies per entity is enabled for the form.
