Information in this document applies to any platform.
A returning candidate or a new candidate applying for the first time are not receiving an email confirmation when attempting to apply to a new job posting on the career site.
When they apply to the new requisition, they will receive the following message:
...which is followed by a link to Verify your email address. When they confirm their email address, the email confirmation is never received.
