Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud: Returning Candidates Not Receiving Notification Email (Doc ID 2632937.1)

Problem Description:

A returning candidate is not receiving an email confirmation when attempting to apply to a new job posting on the career site.

When they apply to the new requisition, they will receive a message to 'Pleave verify your email address by clicking the link below', which is followed by a link to 'Verify your email address'.  When they confirm their email address, the email confirmation is never received.
