RIHA Does Not Ask Confirmation When Messages Are Selected For Delete (Doc ID 2632944.1)

Symptoms

RIHA (RIB Hospital Administration) does not ask confirmation when messages are selected for Delete.

Steps To Recreate:
1. Select few messages for delete in RIHA.
2. Click on 'DeleteSelectedRecords'
3. Notice there is no re-confirmation for delete and messages are deleted.

Ideally a pop-up with YES/NO should be presented to user for confirmation.
