Goal

Problem Description

Prior to 19C client used to be able to select workers based on multiple criteria, now the only way to add workers for Mass Assignment of Goals is to either create Eligibility profiles or add Individual workers. Is this change intended functionality or can they enable the criteria like before using configurations?
