Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Global Human Resources

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When Navigating to Me -> Personal Information -> Family and Emergency Contacts page -> Add/Create Contact -> Marital Status is missing (in Responsive UI), but it is available when editing an exiting contact information
In Classic UI, Marital Status was available

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Marital Status should be available on Add a Contact flow(Responsive)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1, Log in
2. Personal Information
3. Family and Emergency Contacts
4. Add Contact -> Marital Status is missing
5. Click on a Contact link and Edit the details -> Marital Status is available and Editable for the existing contacts but not for newly contacts
6.We have checked in Design Studio tool and Marital Status is Required and also Visible, but still in Create/Add Contact flow, is not available.

In Classic UI, Create Contact flow includes Marital Status, but Responsive flow doesn't
