Symptoms

On : R38, CRMOD

When attempting to export Account and Activity Attachments the following error occurs : Export fails in Error status


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Check under user ID : xxx
2. Under Exports tab we can see many Accounts and Activity Attachments failed with Error status.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot export Accounts and Activities attachments
