Goal
User trying to create Negotiation with Purchase order as outcome. But user not able to select any other Requisition BU other than same Procurement BU for RFQ.
User can create requisition order for Multiple BU. But on Negotiation only one requisition order is visible which is same as Procurement BU.
Can user have Multiple Requisition BU on same Negotiation?
