Unable To Save A Lookup (Doc ID 2633348.1)

When the customer updates any lookup in OIC Console, the changes are not getting saved. Upon hitting the "Save" button there is no confirmation message. Upon clicking the navigation to exit the page, the console prompts pop up again if the changes should be saved. However, this is never getting saved. The same issue when they tried from different browsers.
