Goal

Created Import Process for leads, but the process is in Unsuccessful status and not even starting.

Error seen in UI > Manage File Import Objects > View Impor Status:
The process fails to load data into import interface tables. Cause:
oracle.apps.fnd.applcore.contentServer.internal.exception.UnavailableException: JBO-FND:::FND_ATT_DATA_NO_CONNECTION: FND-2403 As informações do anexo não puderam ser recuperadas.O repositório de arquivos está indisponível neste momento.Entre em contato com o help desk.As informações do anexo não puderam ser recuperadas porque o repositório de arquivos está indisponível.
