Is There a Way to White-list Two URLs on DataFox for SSO? (Doc ID 2633468.1)

Last updated on MARCH 12, 2021

Applies to:

Oracle DataFox Cloud Service - Version N/A and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

We use CompanyA as our identity provider and integrated with DataFox for SSO via SAML.
- DataFox product uses the following IdP URL - https://xyz.CompanyA.com

At the same time, we have another custom domain associated with CompanyA - https://access.xyz.ai and the users can use both URLs to access the product.
- When the users login to DataFox using https://xyz.CompanyA.com the SSO goes well because we have IdP URL in DataFox that starts with https://xyz.CompanyA.com
- If the users login to DataFox using https://access.xyz.ai they see an error, because DataFox doesn't recognize the domain.

Error is:

"Sorry, sign in failed.
Unable to find configuration for this identity provider.
Identity Provider URL:
https://access.xyz.ai"

Is there a way to white-list both URLs on DataFox side for SSO?
