When the user navigates to Incentive Compensation > Sales compensation page , user get a white, blank screen or the following error occurs.

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: Incident ID: 14, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_HA, Application Name: ORA_FSCM_UIAPP."
