Derived Factors impeding Loss of Eligibility life event processing
Patch 19D changed the parameters of the Derived Factors and caused issues with the Loss of Eligibility life event. Prior patches have also caused this issue, necessitating the change of the Less Than Age field.
Every patch we have elevated to production over the past year has caused us to have to flip the Less Than Age from 26 to 27 then back to 26 and so on, to keep the Loss of Eligibility life event working correctly. We would like to understand why this keeps changing.
